I'm Sujina Thapa
Among other various certification that I have I am also a pre-natal yoga instructor. I myself had two baby girls in 2021 and 2023, in which yoga helped me achieve an ideal pregnancy and birth. I wanted to share this beautiful wisdom to all the women out there, because birth doesnt have to be scary. That is what lead me to come up with this course.
